CARD BY MARGARET USING MARIANNE DIE

I made this easel card using the large Marianne scalloped circle die cut from turquoise card, which I sanded lightly to show the embossing.  I cut another scalloped circle from white card and stamped the greeting, then chalked round the edge of the circle.  I stamped the two sizes of spotted flower and chalked them to match before joining together with a large brad and attaching to the card.

CARD BY MARGARET USING MARIANNE DIE AND DECOUPAGE IMAGE

I cut and embossed the Marianne doilley die and mounted this on to a scalloped circle.  I used two matching papers for the background then decoupaged a die-cut carnation flower image on top.  I finished with card candy and spotted chiffon ribbon.

CARD USING CRAFTWORK CARDS FLOWERS AND PAPER

I used two matching Craftwork Cards papers for the background, added a silver peel off border and printed greeting and then chalked the flowers to match.  I added card candy in the middle of the flowers to finish.

CARD BY MARGARET USING SPELLBINDERS NESTABILITY DIES

I cut a Lily of the Valley topper to make it circular rather than square and cut a matching scalloped circle for the mount.  I used four squares of matching papers for the backing mounted onto a cream square card.

Little Clare Full-Day workshop

We both had a wonderful day out at Little Clare's full-day workshop yesterday.  Steve and Gill made everyone very welcome - the hall and facilities were great and we really enjoyed making some great cards by three talented designers.
