CARD DESIGNED FOR BUXTON WORKSHOP

The base card is a Handbag die cut from Which Craft, I also designed a small card to go inside to hold a gift voucher. I decorated the handbag with some green and pink check card and used Marianne dies to cut the scrolls and flowers, I then decorated the flowers with some green jems. Beryl.

Which Craft

Just to clarify: Which Craft is a company owned and run by Paula Walters which is based at the Corn Exchange Craft Gallery, Doncaster DN1 1QZ.  Paula runs workshops which are very popular - Beryl and myself love attending them and we get lots of inspiration from Paula's designs and products.  She has a gallery shop stocking a wide range of products including exclusively designed base cards such as pop-up, shutter and concertina cards.  For more details check out the website: http://www.whichcraftuk.co.uk/.  Margaret

DESIGN FOR BUXTON WORKSHOP

The base card is from Whichcraft - ready cut and scored which I covered with co-ordinating papers.  I used a Marianne die to cut and emboss the frame then coloured the embossed edges using chalks.  The stamped image is mounted onto brown card, then the spotted paper and the card decorated with punched and wooden flower, ribbon and brads. ANOTHER CARD DESIGNED FOR BUXTON WORKSHOP

The base card is an aperture card from Whichcraft.  The stamp I used is a Magenta Stamp Set (also from Whichcraft) which I stamped onto cream card and coloured using watercolour pencils.  I added acetate behind the main frames and finished with chiffon satin-edged ribbon.  Margaret

BUXTON WORKSHOP DESIGN - CREDIT TO PAULA AT WHICHCRAFT

Credit for this design goes to Paula at Whichcraft.  I loved this stamp set which I bought from Whichcraft after seeing Paula's card.  The shutter card is also from Whichcraft as is the green gingham paper and spotted chiffon ribbon.  I coloured the tulips with Promarkers - Pear Green, Amethyst and Lavender and the images were mounted onto apple green card.  Margaret

CARD FOR 100TH BIRTHDAY LADY HAVING A PINK PARTY!

A pretty pink card was requested for a lady's 100th birthday - she likes everything pink and jewels too!
I covered the three panel folded card with pearlised pink paper (imprinted with roses).  The frame is cut from a Marianne die and chalked round the edges.  I computer printed the Happy Birthday message and decorated with the Martha Stewart punch, pink chiffon ribbon and plenty of flowers and bling!
